E, I, V , X and H are "OLD" Georgian Letters: "e merve", "iota", "vi","xe (or xae)" and "hoi".
This 7 bit GeoLatin standard is Georgian Email standard . It's also used Chelos Georgian Forum (http://forums.delphi.com/chelo) , in Georgian newsgroups and in some webpages when using 8bit fonts is unpossible.

Set Encoding ISO8859-1 in "preferences". Just paste(Type) text in appropriate Field and click. :).
This is different .Here you can see what you type in Georgian :). Uses Dynamic fonts.
